Bandung, Telkom University - Telkom University held the Tel-U HEI Cultural Festival 2022 through its Human Resources (HR) division on Thursday, December 15th, at the DamarTel Auditorium. The event aimed to strengthen cultural implementation and uphold values of integrity, standards, and ethics.
The Rector of Telkom University, Prof. Dr. Adiwijaya, addressed the cultural management team, cultural agents, and cultural accelerators in his speech. "Regarding the culture at Telkom University, we must all strive to foster and maintain harmony by working together to build strong relationships. Let us continue to innovate and express creativity in alignment with the values of Excellence and Innovation in line with ongoing developments."
The event also featured the Tel-U HEI Oath and the inauguration of the Cultural Enthusiast Team by pinning badges on Telkom University’s HEI cultural agents. Additionally, the festival hosted a presentation by the founder of Rumah Perubahan, Prof. Rhenald Kasali, Ph.D., titled "Becoming a Transformational Leader Who Values Harmony, Excellence, and Integrity."
Other activities included the 2022 Cultural Activity Calendar (CoCA), the unveiling of the 2023 Cultural Activity Calendar (CoCA), Road to Tel-U Cup 2023, and presentations of the CoCA 2023 program ideas from each faculty.
Through this event, it is hoped that the Telkom University academic community can develop individuals who are competent, creative, and innovative, while fully embracing and applying corporate cultural values.
